Agreement Overview This Agreement represents a contract between [Sakimo Official], hereinafter referred to as the "Seller," and the individual or entity purchasing digital products, hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer." 2. Digital Products a. The Seller agrees to provide the Buyer with access to the digital product(s) specified in the purchase. b. The Buyer acknowledges that digital products may include, but are not limited to, downloadable files, online courses, software, and other electronically delivered content. 3. Payment and Pricing a. The Buyer agrees to pay the specified amount for the digital product(s) as outlined during the purchasing process. b. Prices are subject to change at the discretion of the Seller. 4. Delivery of Digital Products a. Digital products will be delivered electronically to the email address provided by the Buyer during the purchase. b. The Buyer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the provided email address. 5. License and Use a. The Seller grants the Buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital product(s) for personal or business purposes, as specified in the product description. b. The Buyer agrees not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the digital product(s) without the express written consent of the Seller. 6. Refunds and Returns a. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Refunds or returns will not be provided unless otherwise specified by the Seller. 7. Intellectual Property a. All intellectual property rights in the digital product(s) remain the property of the Seller. b. The Buyer agrees not to infringe upon the Seller's intellectual property rights. 8. Limitation of Liability a. The Seller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the digital product(s). 9. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia 10. Changes to Terms and Conditions The Seller reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The Buyer is responsible for reviewing the terms periodically. By purchasing and downloading digital products from Sakimo Official, the Buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions
