The Buyer agrees not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the digital product(s) without the express written consent of the Seller. 6. Refunds and Returns a. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Refunds or returns will not be provided unless otherwise specified by the Seller. 7. Intellectual Property a. All intellectual property rights in the digital product(s) remain the property of the Seller. b. The Buyer agrees not to infringe upon the Seller's intellectual property rights. 8. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia 10. The Buyer is responsible for reviewing the terms periodically.
