The Buyer agrees not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the digital product(s) without the express written consent of the Seller. 6. Refunds and Returns a. All intellectual property rights in the digital product(s) remain the property of the Seller. b. The Buyer agrees not to infringe upon the Seller's intellectual property rights. 8. Limitation of Liability a. The Seller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the digital product(s). 9. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia 10. Changes to Terms and Conditions The Seller reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The Buyer is responsible for reviewing the terms periodically.
